A new Patient Transport scheme for people who want to visit their doctor or nurse, at any of the above surgeries.

The scheme is operated by volunteer drivers who will collect you from home and take you to the surgery. You will be returned home when you are ready to leave.

To book your journey simply telephone 01273 517332 between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. The cost is £4 return. Operated by Wealden Bus Alliance, the scheme is funded by East Sussex County Council and supported by Wealden District Council.
